Joining Organisations
Join existing organisations to collaborate with teams, access shared prompts, and contribute to collective knowledge bases. This guide covers everything you need to know about joining and participating in organisations.
How to Join an Organisation
Receiving an Invitation
Most commonly, you'll join an organisation by receiving an organisation code from an existing member or administrator:
1. Receive Organisation Code
Organisation members will share the organisation code with you via email, messaging, or other communication channels.
2. Open the Workspace Switcher
In PromptCue, locate and click on the workspace switcher in the navigation area.
3. Select "Join Organisation"
From the workspace switcher menu, select the "Join Organisation" option.
4. Enter the Organisation Code
Enter the organisation code you received and click "Join" to become a member of the organisation.
You must have a PromptCue account to join an organisation. If you don't have one, you'll need to create an account first before you can use the organisation code to join.
